Based at the foot of the Tinto Hills near the Scottish town of Biggar, they use the the local botanicals to inspire their thoughts of creating big in a small batch. They prefer to focus on small scale, rare batches that reflect a passion, ambition and taste which is big. Combining and blending the natural and unique ingredients of their setting, their work is a constant process of refining and adopting of new methods whilst also being completely open and honest about their approaches and sharing their knowledge.
