On a personal note, since you are reading this far anyways about The Biggest Loser Challenge for the Wii, when testing this game, I can honestly say that this game makes you work out. It is not just another one of those fad fitness Wii titles. This is a pretty comprehensive workout trainer and really gets you moving with a lot of action. Even after 10 minutes, my heart was pumping and I could tell that it was working. So if you're looking for a workout game, this one is surprisingly good.
