About the ImageMist and fog always add a little intrigue and drama. When we can't see clearly our imagination kicks in. Seeing an animal emerge from the mist or dust is so exciting . One of my favorite things to paint is a misty or dusty scene. When I do a misty scene I will paint the animal in brown and grey tones. Once this is done, I will let the paint dry for a couple of days. Then I will paint over it again using thick colorful paint to really enhance and exaggerate the lighting.
