On his debut album, Bill told us about being a “Normal Boy” growing up in New Jersey, but this time the boy from New Jersey is exploring time travel. The songs all follow the story of a future where time travel has become easier and Dr. Severin Maxwell has set out with his companions to explore different time periods.
