Bill’s an Aquarius: a humanitarian who thinks outside the box (hence the Mowhawk). Also an introvert, Bill keeps his bill tightly closed at all times. A keen observer, Bill hovered over a certain duck-free pond for a while before deciding to fly down and make it his home. The clincher was a self-conscious little frog called Frank. Frank thought a nearby black sheep was giving him a hard time for being amphibious (don’t ask). Bill could see that Frank needed a confidence boost, so waddled his way into Frank’s life and showed him how to walk to the beat of his own drum.
