A silky, dark, Bock beer inspired by the Einbeck region of Germany, and named for the English translation to "Billy Goat". With a dark, reddish hue, this beer drinks easy, but pack s a kick if you aren't careful, just like a mean old GOAT! We've used Hersbrucker hops with Munich and chocolate malts to produce this winter time wonder.
