Please note- If you are a returning customer from before 2024, please retake your measurements as we have altered out size chart Do not add this item to your cart Follow the below instructions on how to measure for your binder: Please do not go off your Tshirt size There are 3 measurements needed in total. Take the following 3 measurements using a measuring tape: 1- The bust of your chest (breasts) 2- The top of your chest (above the bust) 3- Lower chest (below the bust) Without clothing on, including bras, take the measuring tape right around your body. Do not pull it too firmly. All 3 measurements are required. Compare each measurement to the size chart, then use the average of the three to determine your final size.
