The Bingerbrück vineyards have a special microclimate, which is characterised by their proximity to the Rhine and the Nahe. Selective harvesting in several harvesting rounds and a gentle pressing followed by six months of storage on the fine yeast. Apple aromas dominate the wonderful fruit aroma in the glass.
