BioCeres WP - Advanced Organic Mycoinsecticide BioCeres WP is a revolutionary biological mycoinsecticide that leverages the power of Beauveria bassiana strain ANT-03 to control a broad spectrum of soft-bodied insects. This OMRI Listed insect-pathogenic bioinsecticide is ideal for organic production, offering powerful control as part of IPM programs or as a stand-alone treatment. BioCeres WP is especially effective against aphids, whiteflies, thrips, and plant bugs, neutralizing pests at various life stages while maintaining compatibility with sustainable agricultural practices. Active Ingredient: BioCeres WP contains 20% Beauveria bassiana strain ANT-03, a potent fungus specifically selected for its ability to target and eliminate insect pests without harming plants. Each gram of product contains a minimum of 1 x 1010 viable conidia, ensuring high efficacy and reliable pest control in every application. Certified Organic: BioCeres WP is OMRI Listed in the United States and EcoCert certified in Canada, making it a preferred choice for organic farmers and growers who seek an effective, environmentally friendly solution to pest control. It carries a 4-hour Restricted Entry Interval (REI) and a 0-day Pre-Harvest Interval (PHI), allowing flexible use with minimal downtime in your crop management cycle. How It Works: BioCeres WP's mechanism is simple yet highly effective. Upon contact, the spores of Beauveria bassiana adhere to the insect's outer shell (cuticle), initiating infection. The fungus then penetrates the cuticle and proliferates, reaching the insect’s hemolymph (blood) and consuming it. As a result, the pest weakens and dies, typically within 7 to 14 days. You may observe a white fungal growth on infected insects as they succumb to the treatment. Benefits of BioCeres WP: Targets various pests at all life stages, including aphids, thrips, whiteflies, and plant bugs. Can be used as a foliar spray or soil drench, compatible with tank mixes for enhanced pest control. Zero risk of pest resistance, providing long-term efficacy in pest management programs.
