OxiPhos delivers a unique dual mode of action to maximize crop protection against devasting oomycetes pathogens, like Pythium (root rots/blights), Phytophthora, and downy mildew. O xiPhos is EPA-registered for a wide array of agricultural and horticultural crops. OxiPhos is approved for ground sprays, chemigation, in-furrow, and postharvest uses on select crops. SYSTEMIC ACTION OxiPhos improves plant absorption of soluble potassium salts, also called potassium phosphite, which metabolize inside the plants to form phosphorus acid. CONTACT ACTION Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) oxidizes the target pathogen's cell membranes on contact through oxidation-reduction (redox). This process involves the transfer of electrons between the hydrogen peroxide and the pathogen which irrevocably damages the cell structure and kills it.
