Bourbon barrel-aged wheatwine-style ale with pear, orange zest, and spices Like any good punch, this wheatwine-style ale has a bit of everything. We took 2021's Birnesap and double barrel-aged it in bourbon barrels, then added pear and orange zest to round out the flavors.
