This mix makes a tender, airy buttermilk biscuit with a nutty richness and delicious aroma. Just add butter and buttermilk to bake seven biscuits to pair perfectly with our Maple Syrup, our Michigan honeys, and our intensely fruity preserves. - American Spoon Biscuit Mix is made by Zingerman's Bakehouse in Ann Arbor Michigan.- Our Biscuit Mix is made in small batches with whole Michigan-grown grains, just a few hundred bags at a time.- Ingredients: Organic whole wheat flour, wheat flour, sugar, honey, baking powder, salt.- 12.5 oz / 354 g- Simple pairings: Drizzled with honey and butter, spread with fruit preserves, or baked atop a seasonal cobbler.
