Minute Steak from Crown B Bison in Holton, Kansas. Also called Cube Steak, this thin, tenderized cut is lean, flavorful, and very versatile. Breaded it becomes a chicken fried stea k. Pan sear and smother it in a rich tomato gravy for delicious swiss steak. Slow cook them in a crock pot with veggies for a one-dish meal.
