When word got out about these all-purpose bitters, the demand multiplied beyond the restaurant’s confines. While Trinity has roots in Minnesota, its calculated blend of Cherry Bark Vanilla, Orange and Bolivar is a nod to the Wisconsin old fashioned. Each component in Trinity shares a common relative: Quassia Bark containing Quassin, one of Earth’s most bitter substances.
