Following the PBA's rule change, which mandates urethane balls to be 78D or harder, our team has diligently crafted this groundbreaking ball. Building on the success of the NU Blue Hammer, the Black Pearl Urethane offers enhanced performance with its 78 hardness rating. While reminiscent of the iconic Purple Pearl Urethane, this new iteration boasts a cleaner motion and slightly reduced overall hook potential. Proven in testing, the Black Pearl Urethane allows for a smoother transition with four boards less movement at the feet and two boards less visually, enabling bowlers to employ straighter angles through the front part of the lane.
