Scientific Name: Pangio oblonga Black Kuhli Loach (Pangio oblonga) is a slender, eel-like bottom dwelling fish known for its smooth dark brown to black coloration. Unlike the banded Kuhli Loach, this species has a solid dark body that gives it a sleek appearance. These peaceful loaches are shy and do best in groups. They enjoy aquariums with soft substrate, plants, driftwood, and plenty of hiding places.
