We’re kickin’ it old school with this throwback flavor. Back in the 1990s, our Mild Beef Jerky had a bold kick of black pepper. Every tray was made by hand (just like today), and l et me tell you… that black pepper at 5 a.m. wasn’t always pleasant — but it sure made the jerky unforgettable. Earlier this year, I found myself thinking about those childhood memories and wondered, Why did we ever drop that ingredient? So we whipped up a batch of the original old-school black pepper. And wow — the nostalgia hit hard. If you’ve been with us since the beginning, you’ll remember this flavor.
