Coriander. Orange. Wheat. The Belgians were onto something. Belgian by birth, brilliant by design. Black Rock Witbier is a wheat and pilsner malt ale brewed with coriander and oran ge for classic Belgian-style witbier character. Hazy, pale, lightly hopped and packed with fruity spiced notes that make this one of the most distinctive brews in the range. At 52.8% wheat and 47.2% pilsner malt, this is a proper witbier build. Sessionable, easy drinking, and a genuinely great summer beer. For best results, brew with Black Rock Unhopped Wheat Malt to support the wheat character. Makes 23 litres (about 60 stubbies or 47 schooners). Yeast included under the lid.
