Dimensions are roughly 5" long x 5" wide x 1 1/2" thick. (Pictures are of the actual item being purchased) All boards/items that may or are intended to come in contact with food will be finished with food grade oils and or epoxy for protection and longevity. Even though epoxy is "food safe" when cured, we DO NOT recommend cutting into epoxy of any kind. All boards that come in contact with food will require cleaning and conditioning to preserve the wood and lengthen the useful life. Photos are for representation purposes only.
