This ex-designer fabric is a gorgeous tulle. Black sequins and beads are stitched across this black tulle, embroidered on top of a wave design across the weft. It's such a beautifu l cloth, and has lovely movement when moving in the light! Medium to heavy weight and so fancy! Sheer, and has a nice structure.
