This versatile wax can be applied directly to raw timber for a black-washed, stained effect, or used over existing finishes to create a subtle aged or antique look. It’s especially effective on chalk and mineral paint finishes, where the pigment settles into textures, carvings, and edges to emphasise detail. Follow up with a coat of Carnauba Polish Clear for added protection and to lock colour in.
