Blackbutt honey comes from the Blackbutt tree (Eucalyptus patens) of southwest Western Australia. This is a monofloral honey that is medium to dark in colour and has a full-bodied flavour and anti-microbial properties similar to Jarrah honey. It is high in antioxidants which gives it it's dark colour and robust flavour that is less sweet than other varieties. Show more
