Blade & Bow Bourbon A light and fruity affair complete with Christmas fruitcake, almond extract, vanilla and a bit of clove and cinnamon. Carries a caramel sweetness throughout. Th ere are some really odd scents such as “Hairspray” and a faint floral note. Sugar cookies, cherry syrup, vanilla candle wax and a hint of toffee and chocolate can all be found on the tongue. The whole mouthfeel is overly soft without much bite. The most striking thing is the lack of a distinct spice. Powdered donuts, cherry and vanilla coke and very little tannins are the main notes I find on the finish. Show more
