Based on the Philip K. Dick story Do Androids Dream of Electric Sleep?, perhaps surprisingly the film did not perform well on first release. It is now judged one of the greatest science-fiction films ever made. The movie's vision of 2019 Los Angeles was inspired by Italian futurist architect Antonio Sant'Elia, Edward Hopper's Nighthawks and 'Hong Kong on a bad day'! This superb movie still shows Deckard in J.F. Sebastian's apartment. The replicant Pris hides in the background, disguised as one of the genetic designer's toys. We love it! It is in wonderful condition and has been framed by us in a black ayous wood frame with an iced white mount, protective barrier board and crystal clear Perspex glazing.
