What we couldn’t fit in is that the premium quality European oak finishing cask was seasoned for 3 years prior to filling. Tasting Notes - Dried fruit and sweet/nut. Colour: Autumn leaf. Nose: Cherry and marzipan cake, sultana and raspberry coulis. Palate: Spiced bramble, dark chocolate and fresh Javan coffee.
