The aim is to create a balance of texture, savouriness and lift through different approaches to elevage- full solids in seasoned oak (2024) alongside parcels matured in stainless steel (2023, 2025). This sparkling base will now evolve as a perpetual blend, with each new vintage blended in to build both consistency and individuality over time.
