Made in the traditional method, our 2024 Blanc de Blancs made wth hand picked Chardonnay grapes has a beautiful fine bead with a light pale straw colour. Colour: Pale Straw Nose: T rue to its Hunter Valley roots, this Blanc de Blancs leads with an energetic bouquet of Granny Smith apple, white peach and persistent citrus blossom. Palate: The palate delivers a focused line of green apple crunch, morphing into a lively fizzy lemon sherbet character. A fine creamy mousse builds texture across the mid palate, leading to a long dry and refreshing finish. Food Pairing: Oysters, shellfish, popcorn chicken, creamy cheeses and charcuterie boards.
