Blank Slate is a fast-paced word association party game published by The Op Games where the goal is to match your written word with exactly one other player's word. Game Overview Players: 3 to 8 players Ages: 8+ Play Time: 20 to 35 minutes Objective: Be the first player to reach 25 points by correctly guessing how others will fill in a blank. How to Play Setup: Give each player a dry-erase slate and a marker, and set out the scoreboard and the deck of Word Cue Cards. Read the Clue: Each round, one player flips over a double-sided cue card that has a word and a blank space (e.g., "_____ DOG"). Write an Answer: Secretly write down a single word that you think best completes the phrase. Reveal and Score: Players reveal their words simultaneously: 3 Points: If your word matches exactly one other player's word. 1 Point: If your word matches two or more other players' words. 0 Points: If your word doesn't match anyone else's. Winning: The first person to reach 25 points on the scoreboard wins the game. Pick one of over 250 Word Cue cards (with 500 total cues), write the word you think best completes the phrase – and try to match it exactly to another player’s word without giving a single hint.
