The Rosier family, who moved from Champagne to the Languedoc in order to set up their Domaine, are right to be proud of this delicious dry sparkling which offers fantastic value fo r a Champagne-style wine. Blanquette de Limoux differs from Cremant in the grapes used; in this case Mauzac and Chardonnay. Whole bunches of hand-picked grapes are gently pressed and the chilled juice left to settle overnight before cold-fermentation. It has been lees-aged for nine months and is a lovely clean, creamy style. The Rosier family is rightly proud of this, their top cuvee. Show more
