Medium Body, Dry (Pinot Nero/Noir). TENTO DOC. Alc 12.5%. Metodo Classico (aka Champagne) - Blanc De Noirs - from a family estate in the Dolomite mountains. Red summer fruits, yell ow flowers and hint of toasted almond on the nose. Dry, fresh and rich palate. WINERY NOTES: The hills of the Cavedine mountains are the habitat where our Pinot Noir grows and matures. On the nose we find notes of bread, mother yeast, toasted pine nuts and almond. All this is reflected in the mouth, combined with an exceptional freshness and flavor. VINIFICATION: The wine is partly aged in wood and partly left in steel until the moment of drafting. Refermented in the bottle, it rests on the lees for at least 24 months. Show more
