How Do I use them? Cut the image you want out, as close to the image as you can. Remove the backing ( like you would a sticker) and apply to a clean dry surface. Apply your epoxy or choice of topcoat if you are using for tumblers. V.C. These have a white under-base that allows them to be used on black or white bases and every color in-between! I do suggest a low tac transfer tape if you have troubles placing by hand, (even clear contact paper from the dollar tree works great!)
