Bleach Substitute is perfect for use on sensitive surfaces such as monuments and sculptures, but can be used on any exterior surface, including roofs, sidewalks, decks, fences, and awnings. Can be used on docks and dock roofs over water but be very cautious with dilution and amount! Directions: Bleach Substitute is highly concentrated. For fastest and most thorough results, product may be used without dilution. However, product may be diluted up to 1:5 for lighter jobs, maintenance applications, or if slower results are acceptable. Apply solution through hand sprayer or fogger, or wipe on with a towel/sponge. No need to wipe off or rinse. Allow thorough application to dry on surface for at least 1 hour. Reapply periodically (every 6 months) for preventative maintenance. Surface quality varies, test suitability in small inconspicuous area. Length of odor and mold management will vary according to the environmental conditions present.
