These vented chest seals feature a unique design that allows air to escape the chest cavity during exhalation without being reabsorbed during inhalation. Each seal is coated with a highly adhesive gel, allowing it to be successfully applied in the presence of blood, sweat, or other bodily fluids. Premium Kit - The Premium Kit includes all contents from the Standard & Intermediate Kits, with the final addition of (1) hemostatic dressing: EITHER QuikClot Bleeding Control Dressing OR NuStat 4x4. These hemostatic dressings contain hemostatic agents which accelerate the clotting process of blood. This helps the first responder control life-threatening bleeding faster than traditional gauze.
