Blemished Offset Drop Mount 1" Hole has a broken M4 .7 tap in the bottom Chafe Pad which can be seen in the 2nd product image. The Chafe Pads has been installed and is securely held in place with one M4 screw. Mount functions normally and tap does not impact use. It is sold as-is with no refunds or exchanges.
