Blending stumps are a stick of tightly rolled up felt paper with 2 pointed ends. They are used to blend, smear or smudge graphite, charcoal or similar mediums. They are ideal for w orking in tight areas which require precision. Simply rub the stump on sandpaper to remove any built-up pigment. Rubbing on sandpaper will also re-shape/sharpen the point.
