Being a grace giver is a hard one - it means giving “grace” even when it is unwarranted. One of the most difficult parts of retail is probably dealing with an upset customer, somet imes it’s not even the current situation - people may be carrying hurts from a previous event that day and we have to try to look outside that moment to still offer grace.I’ll be honest I fail 75% of the time, but that’s what sparked this collection to remind me not to forget and try-try-try to be just a little more like Jesus…A gentle reminder to always strive to be that “grace giver”.
