Magickal uses - breaking hexes, spiritual healing, vitality. The thistle is the emblem of Scotland, as its spiky blooms would hurt the feet if invading barefooted Danes, alerting the Scots to their presence. Blessed Thistle was known as a cure for the plague and is associated with the Mother Goddess: it survives even the bitter cold and provides soothing relief of hatred and other negative emotions. Wear this herb on your body to attract the courage and strength you need to survive the day, sprinkle in your bath to cleanse the mind and soul and burn in rituals to remove hexes and prevent psychic attacks. You will receive a pouch of Blessed Thistle suitable for magical use. This is a lightweight herb so it is a 12cm x 18cm pouch stuffed full.
