42.5% ABV 70cl Over in California, Blinking Owl was inspired by the aquavits of Scandinavia but wanted to put its own West Coast twist on the spirit. A base spirit of wheat and mal ted barley has been macerated with 10 botanicals, including dill, caraway, fennel and cardamom, with the final addition of the flower of Santa Ana, hibiscus! A brilliant digestif right here.
