Two and a half hours of intentional rest, sensory immersion, and floral design — guided by Odinakachi Anyanwu, Founder & Chief Cultivator of floraTONIC, with a thoughtfully curated sonic experience in the room. You’ll arrive to a welcome cocktail, settle into a curated space, and be introduced to the TONIC practice before being guided through a hands-on floral composition using a tropical palette. No design experience needed. You’ll leave with a floral arrangement you composed yourself, a clearer sense of what restoration actually feels like in practice, and commitment to a restorative practice you can carry beyond the room.
