Apply an even layer of Blooming Gel - but don't cure yet. Use an Art Brush or Dotting Tool to make a pattern with Gel Polish directly on top of the wet layer of Blooming Gel. The colours will spread and create a beautiful blooming design. When you are happy with the design on one nail, you can flash-cure it so the pattern holds its shape while you continue working on the next nails. When all nails are finished, fully cure in the UV/LED lamp. Finish with Top Coat No Wipe and cure in the UV/LED lamp. To achieve both durability and a safe experience with the product, it is important that it cures correctly.
