A unique and useful creation- it combines punch needle and proddy techniques in a fun and relaxing way, and is easy to customize to make it your own! Learn: Introductory punch needle techniques Proddy flower-making techniques How to create dimensional flower petals Color and texture design tips Methods for attaching your flower to a tote bag The Blooming Tote Pattern and kit are designed by Oxford Certified Instructor Angela Jones of Breezy Ridge Rugs and they make a completed tote bag that is approximately 10”× 12”× 4” in size.
