Our classroom is in Cedar Park near Whitestone & Bell. Blended Learning Classes We REQUIRE the online training to be COMPLETE BEFORE the in-person class. Students must complete the online coursework prior to attending the class. Access to the online coursework will be provided via email upon completion of registration. All classes require payment in full to reserve your spot. Class sizes are limited to 9 people to create an excellent student/teacher ratio, so please reserve your spot as early as possible. Refunds will be granted to those who cancel 5 days prior to the class. Students may transfer to a different class at no additional cost if they notify us at least 24 hours in advance of their originally scheduled class. To request a transfer, please contact our office by phone or email. Less than 24 Hours Notice: If notice is given less than 24 hours before the class, the class fee will be lost. Students may re-register for 50% off their new class fee. Only 1 transfer per student and once a transfer has been completed, no refunds will be granted. Once a class begins, there will be no transfers or refunds. CANCELLATIONS DUE TO LOW ENROLLMENT: The course may be canceled due to low enrollment. Students will be provided no less than 1 days notice and will be offered additional class options. LATE POLICY: 15 minutes grace period for classes. You will not be allowed to attend if you are late and will be required to register for another class. Private Group Training: All terms and conditions apply to the group package. A final Training Agreement will be provided once the time and date have been confirmed. If for any reason Firelight Medics cannot accommodate your request, an immediate refund will be processed. For the ARC online learning course troubleshooting, please let us know. **WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY** Please be advised that Firelight Medics follows local school closings and county government offices/libraries as a guideline for cancellations. The school district/county in which the class locations fall will be the standard. If a class is held and students do not attend, registration is lost, and a new class registration will be required. All cancellation/transfer fees remain in effect.**
