Made from Casein milk based early type of natural plastic for buttons. Glossy, with a charcoal marble swirl. Very nice for a jacket, maybe an overcoat, or similar. Very glossy. A l ittle difficult to photograph as they look different at various angles. Kind of blue gray teal with a bit of marble. They are special works of art from a time and place when design and quality were standard. These are from Italy. The quality, the concept, and attention to detail are all superb. There may be handmade finishes. I recommend always testing any washing. Usually cool water hang dry is fine if on a garment. No dryer. No hot sun. Test wash them on the fabric first.
