The top part of the short dress is made with ombre' dyed chiffon, fe aturing lovely tones of pale blue. Mesh nude insert and hooks and eyes closure Ble chiffon scarf sewn on one shoulder. The two layers chiffon skirt has also been hand dyed, featuring deep blue in the top part, and fading to white towards the edges.
