With our "Scrunchie" style, the bow is attached to a scrunchie elastic neck piece so a collar doesn't need to be worn. This scrunchie bowtie style is so quick and easy to wear! Simply pop over your dog's head and it's ready to be worn! The party doesn't stop there with you having the option to choose either a standard bow or a sailor bow!
