Winter Vine. This variety is a winter squash that will produce between 5 and 8 squash per plant. Fruits will weigh between 15-40 pounds apiece, with a beautiful deep blue color to the flesh. The skin of this variety is tough, but once you cut through it the flesh is meaty, thick, and well worth the effort.
