This Blue Plum Brandy is produced using traditional Eastern European methods, that date back hundreds of years. Local blue plums are harvested at the peak of ripeness to capture th e aromatic and delicate essence of the blue plums. The whole fruit is fermented and then distilled in a single batch pot distillation with a copper column. The clear Blue Plum Brandy captures the true essence of the fruit.
