The Answer Arrived Slowly began as something entirely different. Originally a much larger painting, it served as a place for experimentation, with no plan and no particular destina tion in mind. Then an unexpected roof leak damaged the lower portion of the canvas. Rather than discard it, I cut away the damaged section and reframed what remained. In the end, the painting became a reminder that sometimes the best answers reveal themselves gradually, and often through circumstances we never could have planned. Show more
