Bluegrass Soy Sauce is microbrewed in small batches using only whole Kentucky-grown Non-GMO soybeans, soft red winter wheat, and the purest limestone filtered Kentucky spring water . We ferment and age the soybean mash in re-purposed bourbon barrels.
