Bluelab pH 4.0 Calibration Solution, 250 ml The finishing touch of a proper pH calibration. Bluelab's pH 4.0 slope solution is NIST certified and traceable to standard, made specif ically for Bluelab pH meters, pens, and probes so your readings stay accurate month after month. Why keep a bottle on hand Step two of a two-point calibration: after calibrating to pH 7.0 buffer, use pH 4.0 to set the slope. NIST certified: manufactured specifically for Bluelab products to a traceable standard. Keeps equipment honest: pH instruments should be cleaned and calibrated at least monthly for accurate readings. 250 ml bottle: plenty for a year of regular calibration sessions. How to use Clean your probe first, decant a small amount into a separate cup, and calibrate following your device's instructions. Never dip probes directly into the bottle, and discard the decanted solution after use to prevent cross-contamination. Store cool and dark with the lid tight, out of reach of children. Pair with Bluelab pH 7.0 solution for a complete calibration. Show more
